Baltimore Emerging Scholars is CTY’s enrichment program built with Baltimore City Public Schools to identify and support students who show high academic potential. Teachers in the program are trained to identify academic talent among students in their classroom and provide CTY’s advanced interdisciplinary coursework. The Emerging Scholars program reaches hundreds of students annually, offering highly interactive experiences in 25-week courses that feature above-grade-level content in novel contexts not typically found in the standard curriculum.
